What a great finish to the 2006 season!!1 I went to the last Kansas City game and Games # 3 & 4 against Oakland Atletics. I was there when Magglio Ordonez hit that home run that electrified the crowd. People were shouting & hugging each other, it was spectacular! I watched as the ball went over the far left field fence and all of the sudden the Detroit Tigers were in the World Series for the first time since 1984-It was awesome!! As we now approch July 2007, we find our Detroit Tigers in a first place battle & Number 1 in MLB offensive categories. Kenny Rogers is going to start on Friday, June 22nd after being on the disabled list for 3 months. Joel Zumaya should be back about the end of July. Let's cheer on our Boys Of summer as they once again move towards the post season classics! Go Tigers!!!

It is great that the Tigers are back and on their way! It was a long time for sure..
I bet it was awesome to see that game very exciting indeed.
I am cheering them on and hope they make it to the World Series again this year.
