The Silver Raven wrestling club is looking to fill thier 2007-2008 13 and under wrestling team. Auditions are set for Saturday, November 10th, and to reserve an audition spot, contact Rob and Wanda at silverravenathletics@yahoo.com
Practices will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall (on Chicago Rd) on Tues and Thurs, beggining after Thanksgiving. Events are mostly on Sunday mornings. Unlike other teams (which may cost kids/parents up to $500 a season), there is no cost to participate in this program. However, roster space is limited.
The Silver Raven Club is a licensed and insured nonprofit group. Kids will learn folkstyle, freestyle, and beach wrestling skills. Coaching is provided by 14 year wrestler coach Rob, who has placed 3rd in this years National Championships in New York.
